Return conditions

As a company engaged in a relationship between professionals, merchandise returns are subject to our prior agreement and are subject to restocking costs.

A return of goods is accepted for uncarriaged, uncarriaged, unscreened and in their original packaging.

Any request for return must be subject to the following rules:

- Minimum return value: 100 € excl. tax

- Restocking fee: 25 € excluding VAT, or 20% of the value of the goods

- Return fee to the address indicated at the expense of the Buyer.

After an accepted return, a B.L. will be sent with the address for the return of the goods. Unauthorized return or to our head office is systematically refused.
