The deadlines announced in the order table on the product page are for products in stock.Any product that is out of stock or requires resupply will impact the announced delivery time. In the event of a failure announced during the order, the order will be sent in preparation and shipped. The quantity not available will be placed in the balance and shipped when in stock. In the event of a stock breakdown "in the meantime" (product broken before stock updates), we inform you and to unblock the order we will in this case need your agreement (the order will be pending).
Orders are usually dispatched on the same day (in the case of CB payment) for an order placed before 12.00. Packages are shipped via TNT, Chronopost / DPD, UPS. The Colissimo Post Office service can also be offered for certain destinations. Whatever delivery method you choose, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
The delivery time varies between 24 and 48 hours (delivery Monday to Friday). The following deadlines (indicative, working days) are generally observed:
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs and shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and shipping costs apply to each of them. Transport is free for shipments to metropolitan France and orders with a minimum value of 249 € tax excl.
Delivery takes place with one of the following carriers: TNT, UPS, DPD, Chronopost, GLS, Ciblex (France Express), transport Schenker-Joyau, Geodis. other carriers can be chartered for batch transport (more than 3 pallets). The choice of carrier depends on the warehouse, the time of preparation, and the destination, the selection being made automatically, it is not possible to choose a carrier.
We do not deliver in relay points or through the Post Office. In case of unsuccessful delivery (absence of the consignee, address not accessible, ...) the carrier may choose to deposit your parcel at a relay point, it is then up to you to pick it up.
When shipping the goods, you receive an email with a link to track your (your) parcel. It is also possible to follow the package by logging in to your account:
in the HISTORY OF MY ORDERS section, select + DETAILS,
then meet at the bottom of the page to consult the package number (click on the number to access the package on the carrier's website).
